Privacy: Quorix

This page says plainly what the Quorix website and app do with information. If anything here stops being true, this page will be changed first.

This website

No tracking. There are no advertising or analytics scripts and no tracking cookies.
Your theme choice (light or dark) is remembered in your own browser only, and never sent anywhere.
Signing in sets one session cookie so the site knows it is you; it ends when you sign out or after a few hours. The website never stores your password: it passes it to the game server to check, over a private connection on the same machine.
The Inter font is served from this website itself, so nothing is requested from anyone else's servers just to show the page.
Public pages show game rankings with player names, and the Live stats page shows names of players who are online to signed-in players only. Account numbers, password data and balances of other people are never shown.

The game server keeps your account name, a scrambled (one-way) form of your password, your coins, items, match results, friends and chat messages, so the games and social features work.
The connection between the app and the game server is not encrypted yet. Do not reuse a password you use for anything important. Encrypting it is on the list of things to build.
Chat is filtered and can be reported; administrators can see reports to keep the community safe.
